We are What Happens Next.
Hard Rock, London.
BIO
What Happens Next are a four-piece hard rock band from London, formed at school in 2017, who balance anthemic hooks, technical flash, and exuberant personality.
Musically, the band pride themselves on their variation, with songs often highlighting all of their favourite aspects of rock, metal and everything in between - however, they let no song go without energetic riffs, resonant lyrics and singable choruses. They weave iconic timeless musical values - virtuosity, angst and a sense of playful dystopia - into something fresh, bold, and passionate.
On stage, the band are a spectacle: a frontman shifting seamlessly from melodious singing to brutal screams, two guitarists fusing cocky swagger with ostentatious skill, and a ferocious drummer keeping it together. Audiences are drawn into a show that is flashy and powerful — but, at the same time, intimate and funny, with the band’s dry wit breaking the barrier between stage and crowd.

Their next single, the dystopian headbanger “The Raging Tide”, will continue their mission to marry reflective lyricism with instrumental prowess — and it’s only the beginning of what they’re ready to unleash.
